Nike Dunk SB High - Gucci

The Nike Dunk SB Gucci sneakers were designed with the intention of releasing them with the rest of the Team Manager Series. The shoe was designed by Girl Skateboarding company, but tension arose when affiliated skate shoe company Lakai decided they didn't want Girl to design for Nike Skateboarding. Instead of releasing the Gucci sneaker Nike SB went with Nick Tershay's Diamond Dunk design. Only 29 sample pairs of the Nike Gucci Dunks are in existence today.

While it was thought that this shoe would never be put into production, a slightly modified version of the Nike Dunk SB Gucci was finally released in late 2009 as a quickstrike. These shoes have become extremely popular due to the black denim material and attractive colorway. The current selling price is approximately double the original retail price.
